Meet Alex

Alex is a senior yoga teacher with a wealth of experience teaching yoga around the world before settling in Evesham eight years ago. Trained in a variety of yoga disciplines—as well as meditation, mindfulness, menopause support, and trauma-informed coaching—Alex is deeply passionate about supporting women through life’s most transformative transitions.

Pregnancy, birth, and the journey beyond are some of the most profound changes a woman can experience. With Alex’s expert guidance, you’ll learn to prepare your body, mind, and soul through gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that help ease common pregnancy discomforts and reduce anxiety—while building confidence for labour and delivery.
