Our free, weekly postnatal groups are led by experienced breastfeeding counsellors and postnatal practitioners from Holistic Birth Worcestershire.

We offer compassionate support for all feeding journeys — breastfeeding, expressing, combination feeding or simply seeking reassurance in the early weeks.
