2 hour postnatal session with your group after your babies have been born.

1 hour in person post birth visit and private WhatsApp group support for 3 weeks post birth.

We understand that finances can be a concern, and we never want cost to prevent anyone from accessing support. We offer a limited number of free or subsidised spaces on some of our courses for those who need them.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and it’s not always possible to make every session. While we encourage full attendance to get the most from the course, missing a session won’t stop you from continuing.

If you know in advance that you’ll miss a session, or something comes up unexpectedly, just let us know via the contact form. We’ll do our best to catch you up or provide resources so you can stay connected.
