The Holistic Birth Worcestershire Antenatal exercise class is an hour session that includes:
- Postural exercises and gentle stretches to help with mobility
- Full body strength exercises (including pelvic floor) to maintain strength
- A calming meditative breathing
sequence to finish the session
- An opportunity to talk at the end of the session - socially and to ask any necessary questions
Classes will be held at: Cavendish Park Care Home, Offenham Rd, Evesham WR11 3DX
The Holistic Birth Worcestershire Postnatal exercise class is an hour session that includes:
- Full body strength exercises (with a focus on functional daily movements of motherhood)
- A calming full body stretch that aids general movement to finish the session
- An opportunity to talk at the end of the session and to ask any questions
Participants will need to have had their 6/8 week GP sign off for exercise before taking part.
It is anticipated that little ones will be up to the age of 24 months but this could potentially be extended as necessary.
