At Holistic Birth Worcestershire Community Interest Company , our mission is to ensure that every expectant and new parent across Worcestershire has access to the support, education and community they deserve—regardless of income or background.

We offer a range of free or low-cost antenatal and postnatal services, including:

  • Antenatal education to help parents feel informed and empowered

  • Postnatal support during the critical first year after birth

  • A sling library for safe, supported babywearing

  • Antenatal Yoga

  • Mum and baby Yoga

  • Coffee mornings to build connections and reduce isolation

  • Nurture circles 5-week course to support the early weeks of motherhood.

By creating inclusive, supportive spaces, we aim to reduce anxiety, promote well being and strengthen families and communities throughout the region.

All of our services, from antenatal classes to postnatal groups, run at minimal or no cost to families. This is only possible thanks to the generosity of our community.
